If you need to refill your Spray Can “ammo”, you can do so by going to CJ’s house in Grove Street every day and collect the spray can on the first floor in the bedroom opposite the walk-in wardrobe where you can change your clothes.
The BLVD Families aren’t much to worry about and for the most part you won’t encounter any resistance as you spray over their tags, bring a light weapon with you just in case they do aggro.

Location: Playa Del Seville.
Head down onto the beach then look to the wall on the left just before you get to the breakers.
BLVD Families Spray Tag 2
Location: Playa Del Seville.
Look on the Northern side of the blue apartment complex closest to the beach to find the tag.
BLVD Families Spray Tag 3
Location: Playa Del Seville.
Go to the yellow walls on the East side of the blue apartment buildings then look to the fourth yellow wall when facing South to find the tag. It does blend in well with the wall.
BLVD Families Spray Tag 4
Location: Playa Del Seville.
Look to the West side of the basketball court to find the tag on the wall with the garages.
