Here is where you acquire the Remnant 2 Siphon Heart relic which you can only get your hands on after you have taken down a powerful World boss on N’Erud from the Forgotten Prison starting point.
Location: N’Erud, Forgotten Prison / Ascension Spire.
Requirements: Trade the Shining Essence Echo for the Siphon Heart Relic.
Before you can acquire the Siphon Heart you will firstly need to take down Tal Ratha who is the World boss from the Forgotten Prison starting point.
There are 2 versions of Tal Ratha, however, whether you decide to defeat Tal Ratha or Tal Ratha (Metaphysical) it won’t matter as either way you will receive the Shining Essence Echo.
With the Shining Essence Echo acquired you can then go and speak with the Custodian who is found near the Ascension Spire checkpoint on one of the open sections of N’Erud.
Give the Custodian the Shining Essence Echo where you will then reward you with the Siphon Heart relic.
