Here is a look at where you can acquire the Remnant 2 The Awakened King DLC Paper Heart Relic which is obtainable in the final biome of the DLC, the Chamber of the Faithless where you can face off against The One True King.
Location: The Awakened King DLC, Forlorn Coast / Chamber of the Faithless.
Requirements: Unlock the room in the Chamber of the Faithless biome.
Head through the DLC and go through the first biome where you will come to another section of the Forlorn Coast which leads you round to a fishing village. Cross the bridge taking out the enemies as you go then, at the end of the bridge, take the first left and immediate right which leads you down to a new section where you can go around and up the stairs to a platform which holds the Misplaced Memoir.
Open your inventory and rotate the Misplaced Memoir around to the clasp which you can interact with opening the Memoir revealing the Bookbound Medallion which you will need once you get to the final biome, Chamber of the Faithless so proceed through the DLC to that point.
Now that you’re in the Chamber of the Faithless, go forward then take a right following the linear path around to a door which you can place the Bookbound Medallion into which opens the doors.
In this new room at the back will be the shrine which holds the Paper Heart Relic.
