Here is the Remnant 2 The Executioner Aberration guide which will help you find and take down an Aberration with a gigantic axe in a very small room or risk falling into a water hazard with limited movement which usually has you back to a checkpoint if you’re not cautious.
Location: Losomn, Council Chamber.
Rewards: Steadfast Mutator, Scrap x250.
Go left from the Council Chamber checkpoint where you will come to an open room on the right of the main path with a good number of charred corpses frozen in time and a large, bored looking statue up on the pedestal at the back of the area.
Look to the right of the statue where you will see a large picture in a brown frame leaning slightly off centre to the wall, smash through the picture revealing a hidden path you can take through the basement of the Council Chamber biome.
Wade through the water going straight across to the small room at the end where The Executioner will be waiting for you, now given the small size of the room and the size of The Executioner’s axe you need to become proficient at rolling through attacks, especially the double slash into a slam he likes to perform when you’re low on health to avoid taking critical damage.
Aim for the body which won’t be difficult considering the rotund nature of your foe as the head doesn’t offer a lot of scope or damage given the thick helmet he’s wearing utilising fire damage if you have it just be careful of using any AOE attacks in here as they can hurt you as well as you opponents in Remnant 2.
Depending on the abilities The Executioner has below it’s health bar could mean this might be one of the hardest fights with things like Displacer, Shocker and Minions or one of the simpler ones if you get Skullcrusher or Empathy for example.
Either way, fill The Executioner up with lead until his health bar is gone where you can then continue moving through the basement finding some more goodies along the way including the Ornate Flail melee weapon.
